Hydrotherapy - Finished Prop Picture

(The write-up from my Hydrotherapy prop is from a Haunt Nation Magazine article that never ran because the publication unfortunately closed. But I found a copy of the article and I am posting it here along with build pictures for all the GoE members!)

Hi everyone, MadCity Haunt here and I'd like to tell you about my latest prop build called Hydrotherapy. This prop was designed and built for Haunt Nations June & July “Hacked” contest where prop builders were required to choose 8 to 10 items from a predetermined list and create a unique prop.

My build consisted of all 10 items outlined for the contest and includes PVC, a paper towel roll, string, hot glue, aluminum foil, Great Stuff spray foam, a pool noodle, a cheap skull, a glass jars, and plastic spooky eyes. I created a how-to video for this prop which covers many of the build techniques I used. You can find it on YouTube if you search for “Hydrotherapy Prop”.

Overall there were a lot of advanced build techniques I used for this prop. I will be putting together a series of YouTube videos to break each one of these down into a smaller more detailed explanation so if you haven’t already please go to YouTube and subscribe to MadCity Haunt for more information on all my props and build techniques. Thank you so much for checking this out and I really hope you all enjoyed the prop!
