Better late than never

Well, Halloween is almost upon us, and I have done next to nothing. I have been so busy aside from my daughter breaking her arm last week, my air conditioning going out (I'm in south Florida), and the possible outcome of not being able to get out of working a 12 hour shift on Halloween. But as of yesterday my A.C. is fixed, got the second shift off work, and most importantly my daughter is doing very well! The best day I have had in a long time! so out came everything my yard is filled with…See More

Profile Information

The most important question! Do you build the elements that go into your haunt, and/or want to learn more about building props? Oh, and if you choose no, we're going to have to delete you.
Yes
How long have you been haunting:
Three to five years
Your haunt comprises...?
Both
Your haunt - Do you prefer?
Scare the sh**out of people
Tell us a little about your haunt..
About six years ago I started decorating my yard for halloween, not thinking that it would turn into what it is today. Although not huge compared to some it is very big for my neighborhood, and a lot of my time is invested into it. I build almost everything from scrath. If not it has usually been modified. This year I am adding motors to some of my life size props (cuz it has to get bigger and better every year right?) No slowdown in sight, looking into buying an empty lot next door. If all works out I just might be able to expand!!!!!!
When it comes to props/decorations in your haunt, would you say you are:
A crafter that makes everything from scratch
Which statement comes closest to describing your haunt's attitude toward kids?
geared toward older kids with a certain amount of gore/scare
You understand that any non prop related content will be deleted?
Yes
