I’m Chris and I’m with the Colorado Haunters. Our haunt group started just a few months ago, in February, and in just that few months, we have reached almost 50 members. We are at the point where we are holding numerous events (Make & Takes, Drink & Thinks, etc.) a month. Due to our size, the discussion has come up of how we should structure this group. Who is in charge and who is responsible for what (event coordination, group buy coordination, etc). We wanted to keep everything casual, organizational structure-wise, for this first year, but then we exploded, and it is too much for just a few people to manage everything. The end result, we have no choice but to get a little more organized in our efforts. I was wondering if you have any ideas, or could let me know a little more about how you run and structure your haunt group. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
