Just visited the 10-31 Store website. Looks like a fairly new company to the fog juice market. Very reasonable prices. They are offering free (+5 bux s&h) 8oz bottles of your choice of 4 recipes. Just ordered the LA Smog. Cant wait to test it out! Will update with pics and results when in arrives. Thanks to Joey Olaerts for making us aware of this company!

Fogger Switch Help!!!

Posted on August 16, 2010 at 6:30pm 3 Comments

One of my fogger remotes is a momentary switch(must be held down to output). Is it possible to use some type of "tie down" for this? I was thinking something as simple as a plastic zip tie or rubber band. Or would it be better to just do the fog controller hack? HELP!!!

> Hi,
> I am looking to do something strange and out-of-the-ordinary for the kids this halloween. I usually make up some bags and put candy in them and hand them out.
> I have and idea of maybe making or buying some halloween props and put the candy in the props. Something with motion sensors , scary sounds , trap doors and glow lights when they open the prop to get the candy. It will give them a fright.
> Something that can take the place of plain old candy bags with halloween decorations on them. Please send me some of your ideas , too.

Thanks for the info!
I'm fired up to find such a site as this.
Can't wait to trade ideas and tricks of the trade with everyone.
I'll be posting several pictures of complete props and current props in progress.
Through a little networking I've also discovered the event that is healed in Indy and hope to attend next year.
Talk to you soon,

Thanks Taylor!
I will certainly take you up on some help when I come across something I just can't figure out. I didn't realize there were so many people into this kind of thing like me - it's awesome!

Thanks a lot! It does get cold in October here, but that way we don't have to worry about getting too warm in costume. I spent a lot of time in Lilydale last winter for the Pioneer Press Medallion Hunt. Good to see some Minnesota madness on here! I'll put some of my stuff up soon.
