Mod Motor

I have a Nortic Track incline motor and I only want to use the motor itself. Can I take the motor off and not loose any necessary resisters or hardware? It's listed as 120 v, 1.55 amp., 27 RPM. All wiring is red, white and black, which I understand. It's the 1.55 amps that has me leery.Click on Nortic Track.jpeg below for photo. The motor itself is on the back side of photo, a possible resister is shown in the lower back portion of photo. Any help or leads is greatly appreciated.See More

The most important question! Do you build the elements that go into your haunt, and/or want to learn more about building props? Oh, and if you choose no, we're going to have to delete you.

Tell us a little about your haunt..
Had a visitor one Halloween tell me that every year she tells herself she was never coming back to my house, and every year she does. Best compliment a haunter could get.
When it comes to props/decorations in your haunt, would you say you are:
A crafter that makes everything from scratch

You asked about my knife throwing build.  I finally got it working last knight and  it is working!  I believe i mentioned it's for a stage show, and it is actually "blocking" shuriken thrown by a ninja.  It's a 30 second effect that took a while to design and build, but I think the effect is worth it.

After the show, I was thinking to put together a tutorial on Instructables.  Maybe I could post it on the forums too.

Hope your props are all coming together!
