Halloween a National Holiday

saw this on face book -want to share with everyone

I've learned recently that one of the most beloved and
commercialized holidays IS NOT A NATIONAL HOLIDAY!!! I believe this must change because...

1.It's the 2nd most commercialized holiday, next to Christmas

2. Americans have spent 5.4 billion dollars on Halloween in 2006
