3-axis skull internal interface boards.

Posted on July 31, 2013 at 1:46pm 3 Comments

Hello All,

I’ve had a 3-axis skull in my display for a few years now and it is absolutely one of my personal favorite props. One of the problems I’ve had with it though is having a good system of hooking up all of the servos and eye LEDs inside the skull to interface them to my Medusa DMX control board through Cat5 network cable. To start, I had a hodgepodge of glued together servo extension cables mashed to European style terminal blocks and RJ45 keystone jacks. This worked well…

Thanks for the warm welcome Noch! It's great to see a group of people in our area who love haunting just as much as we do!

Thanks for the greetings Noch!

I was referred to the site through a user on halloweenforum when I was asking around for CO people on there.

Glad that there are other haunters out there. Are there any scheduled meet ups any time soon (or anywhere to check that out?) - still getting used to this forum format

Hey Rev,

Thanks for accepting my request! I look forward to talking with you and other Colorado Haunters. I am a member of the GOE Colorado Haunters, I hooked up with the group a while back and started chatting with Evil Andrew a bit. I may be coming there in October, if that happens, I would love to stop by a few Home Haunts to meet them and check out their haunted grounds!

I see you live in Aurora, I lived there when i was in middle school....I went to South Middle School...lived on, this was back in the '80's, so its been awhile, but lots of great memories there. There was a bowling alley right across the street we hung out at alot....:) good times

Went to Central High School (go Trojans, hahahaha) for a bit too, I think we lived on Moline St when I was at Central High part of my freshman year.... then we finally anchored down in Loveland.......blah blah......anyways

looking forward to talking shop and Haunt projects........Chat soon :)

Hey. Hate to bother you but, I believe I left a Battery Charger to my Camera plugged into the wall outlet behind your stuff at the M&T in June...Didn't know if you saw it when you loaded all your stuff from the Garage...It is Dark Grey to Black in color and about the size of an outlet cover...Let Me know if you saw it; have it or know where it might be...I need it back, if possible...Thanks...

Hello Rev.  I just looked at the make and take weekend description... I'm sorry I missed it.  Lots of the topics look very familiar.  It's great to see an active home-haunt community in Colorado.  Home haunting is definitely a disease.  Once you've caught it, there's no getting rid of it.
