Who is scarier? The Haunter or the Haunt?

We are all equals as haunters, nobody is better than another, we learn from each other…

You are only going to be as good as you think you are so think Big!

But remember SAFETY is a MUST. Last thing you want is to lose your house over an avoidable accident. Pro Haunts look at home haunters as the most dangerous places to visit, and you know what, they are 100% correct. It is up to the home haunters to police themselves. Be your own Fire Marshall, be the Building Inspector, be safe.

Yeah, my pumpkin reaper was right at ten feet tall. His robe is all burlap and monster mud, so not free flowing what so ever. He was so big, I had to drape him in the burlap and apply the monster mud directly to the prop from a step ladder. Lot of fun though!

As for storage, well....I didn't think that one through enough. I never intended to originally build such a huge prop, it just sort of happened. The PVC frame for the prop is just sitting on two 8 ft metal T-Posts, so originally I intended to lift the prop off of the posts and lay it on it's side. That didn't work. It was much to heavy and I was much too short. I ended up having to tear the prop apart.

I still have the original head and the frame, so it's not that difficult to rebuild. I am trying to devise a better way to go about it this year. Especially since I have found 10 ft T-posts that would put his height at 12 ft. My wife is gonna kill me!

Hi Greg, I know the Kenmore/Tonawanda area some. I graduatede from UB. It's good to see some more haunters from the WNY area. Check out my website @ grandhaunt.org. I have posted pictures from this year in my photo album there.
