I need good book names for my fake books. I had a list going but it's running out and I haven't even got enough
books for one shelf yet.
Help me out, my fellow haunters. Give me some names. Mostly creepy-ish, but I am also throwing in the odd funny one for variety for those who actually take time to look that closely.
What have you got for me? :)

HOLY BATMAN!!! I'm never going to make it!!!
Between damn gallbladder surgery 3 weeks ago and left elbow killing with tendonitis (resting on an ice pack now while I type)....I may just have to put my evil tail between my legs and bow down to the "To-Do List Defeat God"!!! :(
I guess 9/15 to-do items is not to bad so far....
I'm going to give it hell over the next month so don't count me completely out yet ----> but I'm really thinking new tombstones and Jack are getting bumped to 201…

Post Road Pumpkin Ale just hit the shelves at the local packie. That’s Package store for you non-Massholes. By far the best pumpkin ale that has touched my lips and many have tried to win my love.

I suffer from CRS, I've forgotten who offered to do the voice work for the group. Anyway I know this is a busy time of the year but if you can do it I need a sound track for a humanoid monster that will be in his lair looking down at the TOT's. I need low gutteral breathing, growls, and low intelligence talk "Me smell food!" "No feed dragon children" stuff like that. Loops about 3 - 4 minutes or more. Now if you can't do it, that's fine, I know I'm late in asking but my son and I just came up wi…

Oh, fawk me! I'm so far behind this year it's rediculous. I just haven't been in gear. Most of my free time from Fall until the early part of summer was taken up taking care of family matters while my father was out of commission after his accident last November. He's doing awesome though and things are finally levelling out. As such I'm beginning to feel the haunt building need in my bones. I'm finally getting moving again.
I've still got big plans for improving the garage but I have a TON of…

The Scream Team terrorizes the countryside with low rent humor and antics.
Revenant delivers Theater of the Mind and News from Beyond, Johnny Thunder reviews Piranha, the Mistress of Mayhem wax nostalgic about 70’s costumes, Dr. Morbius discuss different types of store bought prop hacks, Skully pumps up the jams and Chris Baker dumbs things down with Mad Props 4 Props and the Hauntcast Top 10. Haunting Guru guest Ed Gannon, the Evil genius behind Spooky World, joins Chris for a few beers and a f…

I know it's early, however ...We are planning something special for 2011 which will be the fifth anniversary of our haunt.
I need help though, of course...what else is new?!?! Does anybody have any idea of what kind of a motor I would need to have about 600 to 900 pounds worth of props rotate slowly in the air just like a windmill?
I've been looking at magnet motors but they all seem too small for this project.
If anybody has any idea of what I could please let me know, I would appreciate it.…

Right, I see these things everywhere. You plug the air freshener in the wall and when someone walks by it goes off. Has anyone hacked one of these for a triggering mechanism yet?

Creating ground fog has been the bain of my existence. Here In Michigan, it get's pretty chilly in the autumn months and I find the chillers I've build only bring the fog temperature to the temperature of the room. The fog fills the room and stays there, like a smoke cube.
How can I get the fog to temperatures under say 35 to 40 degrees cheaply?

This is my first year haunting!! I am so excited to get started making my cemetery. We are going to start out small and expand next year since I waited so late to start. I just had a question, on average how long done making a tombstone take? I'm a stay at home mom with a 3 year old in preschool and an 8 week old puppy. We want to make collums also. Those will be made with my husband who has a full-time job. Once the main construction is done (the base) I can go ahead and finish the rest by myse…

Greetings fellow haunters,
My wife and I went to a yard sale this weekend and there was a couple selling "Spirit Halloween" and "Halloween Store" type props like rats, heads, etc.
The common thing with all of them were that all the rubber / foam filled props seemed "deflated". The rubber was extremely flimsy and soft and it looked like they would tear very very very easily.
I've seen items in the "Halloween" stores and they are in much better condition when NEW.
So my question is ... do thes…

Hey everyone, I just found this group and I'm thrilled to be here! A little about me quick, I run a paranormal investigation group in Wisconsin (Kettle Moraine Paranormal Investigations) and our adventures eventually landed us in a historic landmark, the old Washington county jail and courthouse! These two buildings are HUGE and the spire reaches up about 8 stories high.
Anyhw, long story short, they always had a halloween event, the ghosts of washington county, and I went one year and it was go…

Greetings all,
I am working on some props for this Halloween that I want to run as "stand alone" props (ie: not hooked up to my VSA system or other computer).
I've been researching all the different "well publicized" controllers that are easy to program with "keybanger" style like the Nerve Center, and the PicoBoo and a couple others but wanted some feedback from some ACTUAL buyers of this sort of thing so I can get some honest feedback and not just base my purchase on what is listed in the de…

Does anybody know the Bylaws to decorating a vehicle with props.
We had an idea to decorate a car with actual props to advertise our haunt.
Anybody know what rules & regulations that go along with this idea?
