Garage of Evil!!

Started building-up his arms and hands…(his arms, hands, and shoulders are still wet)….his arms and body look a little distorted in the one pic below but it gives you the general idea. I ended up having to make his hands (which I originally planned to do last) so I could figure skull placement up his chest and around his torso area (which is still in progress). In addition to making his hands…my garage was very vocal this weekend about skull placement. I wanted them stacked on top of one another in the pile, while everyone else in the household wanted a mix of skulls and bones. I lost the argument…the bone pile is not exactly how I originally picture…but it will work. I can not wait to finish up the pile and move to his wings….I still have a LONG way to go before he is done...but wanted to share with you.

Oh Yeah...I'm going to need advice on a color scheme for him...
I love the stone look black, gray, white tones...but need advice on the pile. Should I make it look like it's encased in stone as well??? or give it the rotting flesh look??

Thanks in advance for you suggestions

Holy wow, you did a lot of work on it since we last saw it!!! Man alive, girl, great work!!!!

As for the coloring... I'm with you - I love the stone color you have going.... when I think of a pile of bones, I think of brown tones, words like ancient, dust, dirt come to mind... but I don't know, maybe they should be in stone too? Ugh, thats a hard decision. I geuss if it comes to a vote, i would go with rotting flesh in a kind of dusty dirt pile color.

Any way you go, its going to look fabulous, thanks so much for posting the updates - I love watching it come together!
